I will tell you about beaches. ![]() Some have a lot of shells. This beach on the gulf has tons. But it's actually known for shark's teeth. ![]() I didn't find even one tooth! Hunting for shark's teeth is even harder than finding me in this photo. But I'm in here. Some have mossy rocks ![]() But, I avoided the moss. It's pretty slippery and I've had a lot of close calls lately. Coquina Rock! ![]() At this beach on the Atlantic side, I can get a good grip on the rock. This beach is covered in big rounded coquina rock, which is a mixture of tiny shells and quartz. Not slippery...but very scratchy. ![]() There are lots of holes to explore. See me? ![]() And I'm climbing over the top of a rock here. ![]() I like climbing coquina. ![]() But sandy beaches are my favorite. If you look carefully at my paws you'll be able to tell this photo was from a past beach visit. My paws don't look like this since I was run over by a car. I still love sand, especially building things... ![]() But this year when I visited Daytona Beach, I didn't build a castle. Cars drive on this beach. I like adventure, but I'm not taking any chances!!
