Little Bear's Adventure's
South Park City
I decided to wander this old ghost town and transition away from all the nature photos... with flowers. So there is a dandelion in this picture, but I'm sitting on an old rusty piece of metal. I like that.
Nope. These are tracks from for an old mining car.
I figured the tall weeds meant that nothing has moved on these tracks for a long time.
Give me a sturdy piece of wood to stand on for a change! I'm tired of flowers that bend under your weight. This worn old piece didn't quiver when the wind blew either!
I'm not sure what this old cart or wagon once carried, but I'm sure these wheels have traveled through a lot of snow and mud. It was beautiful on this June day. Just a little snow in the distant mountains.
One more texture for me on this day! Hay! It was a little itchy, but at least there were no needles hiding.
A Bale of Hay
I've always wanted to climb in a hay stack and this is almost as good. I had a good view of the old steam engine and a wooden water tower.
This was a nice break from all the nature I've been forced to enjoy lately!
My mom gave me this tiny bear over 25 years ago... because I like small things.
