This was taken a year ago in New Orleans. We had to pull over to take a few photos over the iron fence. My photo only shows a portion of the clever set-ups. There were celebrity skeletons and politician skeletons and lots of good humored captions. I can only imagine what they might have added this year, with all the election hoopla!
