Lemony Treat! Last October, Beth shared this refreshing treat when we were in Capri.  The hollowed out lemon was like a bowl for the lemon sorbet.  I liked the way the sorbet looked like it was wearing a stylish yellow hat!  Beth fumbled to take my picture and I almost fell off.  She solved that problem by putting me in her bag and eating the Sorbretto al Limone all by herself!

A Statue I have posed on a few statues over the years. This one had a crack.  I was happy to pose on the stone that was warmed by sunshine.  Beth put me on the foot of this statue. The foot was resting on a ball. I'm not sure why. Scary Lion The foot belonged to a lion and he was way up high on the Island of Capri.  I'm glad he was a statue and not a real lion. He looked mean and he surely would have eaten me.
La Isleta del Moro Here I am, hanging out in a charming fishing village. The village is in the province of Almeria, Spain.  But what am I sitting on? On the head of someone with curly, white hair? No. I'm sitting on something as soft and airy as a cotton candy.  It didn't smell yummy like cotton candy. It smelled a little fishy. Near a small jetty, Beth found this huge heap of tangled fishing line.  I can't believe she just placed me in the stuff! Glad she didn't put me in those cage things.
I wouldn't have minded a little trip out in a boat.  The good news is, I didn't spot any fish tangled up in the line. That would have been creepy and sad.
Statue in Taormina Beth always likes to pose me on statues.  The statue was part of a fountain. The fountain was in a square, in a small city on the island of Sicily.  The statue looked funny. She put me on part of a leg, next to a neck.  The leg and neck belonged to a horse. A funny horse, with a tube coming out of his mouth.  It took Beth a moment to realize I wasn't on the leg after she snapped the photo.  The moment she saw me in the water, she gasped. "Oops!" I was drenched and drops of water continued to fall on me, from the horse's mouth.  What did she do? She took 2 photos, then scooped me up. I don't appreciate that.
Scared? Does my face looked scared?  Do I look like I'm scared I might fall off a cliff? Fountain Face I wasn't on a mountain.  I was sitting near the chin of a creepy looking face on a fountain in Rome. Two Faces Actually there were 2 faces on that fountain.  Beth put me next to the face that is sort of smiling. In a creepy way.  Thank you Beth, for not putting me near that evil, drooling mouth!
